How long do I keep access to self-paced courses?
Self-paced courses include lifetime access to the materials and updates. Cohorts and live workshops include recorded replays for at least 12 months.
Do I need special tools or floral foam?
We teach foam-free mechanics using re-usable structures: chicken wire, pin frogs, water tubes, and branch armatures. Basic snips and tape are sufficient to begin.
What skill level should I start with?
Our Foundation track suits beginners. If you already serve clients, choose Intermediate. Advanced courses focus on large-scale installations and styling specificity.
Will instructors review my work?
Yes. Cohort and live formats include scheduled critique windows. Self-paced courses offer optional portfolio reviews you can add at checkout.
Can I get a refund?
We offer a 14-day refund on self-paced courses if less than 20% of lessons are completed. Cohorts and live events follow a schedule; see Terms for exceptions.
Are certificates included?
Yes. On completion you receive a digital certificate from Freshstart Botanica. We do not claim accreditation; certificates verify learning hours and outcomes.
How do you source materials sustainably?
We prioritize local farms and seasonal stems, reuse hardware, and design with hydration-first methods to reduce waste.
Do you provide subtitles and transcripts?
All recorded lessons include English subtitles and downloadable transcripts. We are expanding captions for live workshops.
